I love making a meaningful difference in people’s lives through design. I started my design career with 6 years in print media, before transitioning to UI/UX. I began my UI/UX journey at Start Studio (formerly Izeni), doing design and frontend development work for a variety of clients. There, I led frontend web and product teams. I moved on to TestOut, as a product designer for their flagship learning platform, LabSim, and helped transition LabSim to the CertMaster platform after CompTIA acquired TestOut. It’s been a privilege to work with superb individuals at mission-driven companies, dedicated to making a difference.

Case Study: Return to Lab

The Return to Lab feature solved a validated customer pain point, received an 83% positive rating after release, and has been referred to as a “lifesaver” and a “game changer.”

Leadership: Alignment with Company Goals

I partnered with Product Management to identify, propose, and execute (with stakeholder approval) four high-impact initiatives aligned with company priorities.

Case Study: CircleOp

I helped CircleOp go from initial concept to over 1,000 users.

Case Study: Zift

My work led to an 80% increase in Zift’s customer satisfaction, and a 30% reduction in support calls.

I reviewed our UATP process, and suggested changes which reduced our scoping time by an estimated 18%.
